From June, 1962
through March,1964 the Communications and Public Relations Department
of the 1964/1965 New York World's Fair Corporation published
a newsletter to keep exhibitors and interested parties informed
of the progress of the Fair.

Today these newsletters,
numbering 21 issues in all, provide a wealth of information about
how the 1964/1965 New York World's Fair came to be. There were
7 bulletins issued in 1962. A total of 11 bulletins were issued
in 1963 and a final 3 were produced in 1964. They begin by reporting
on the groundbreaking ceremonies for the Bell Telephone Pavilion
in June, 1962 and finish with the report of the bustle of activities
on the Fairgrounds one month prior to Opening Day. They report
on new exhibits and exhibitors to the Fair (including many that
never materialized), Walt Disney's involvement in the Fair, visits
by important dignitaries including President Kennedy on the occasion
of the groundbreaking for the US Pavilion and other red-letter
events. They discuss licensing programs, advance ticket sales
progress, labor union activities and so much more. They are loaded
with photographs that document planning and construction progress.
They contain a total of 92 pages of information about the building
of the last great World's Fair in America.
