PICTURE
THE FAIR FROM THE MOONDECK OF THE KODAK PAVILION!
|
Take the
escalator in the Kodak pavilion up to the Moondeck -- and out
of this world.
With its
winding and waving walks, its moon-like mountains and flood-lit
fountains, the Moondeck is like no other roof you've ever seen.
What a dramatic backdrop for pictures! And what a great vantage
point for taking panoramic shots of the Fair!
As a special
attraction, Emmett Kelly, Jr., world-famous clown, is on the
Moondeck to add to your fun.
Don't
miss some of the best picture taking spots at the Fair ... come
up to the Kodak Moondeck!
Emmett Kelly
Jr. clowns around the Moondeck, and the Unisphere looms in the
background. What a wonderful picture! This great star will be
delighted to pose for pictures with members of your family. Just
behind him is the striking Dome Theatre. Enter this unusual theatre
-- you'll feel as though you're inside an atom.
 |
|
|
Anywhere
you point a camera on the Moondeck, your viewfinder frames some
of the most striking, photogenic free-form shapes this side of
the moon itself. |
|
|
|
Picture-taker's
paradise -- the Moondeck spires. They are specially-designed
to provide a unique backdrop, from any angle, for your snapshots,
slides or movies. |
|
Down
under the Moondeck, in the exhibit area, are arresting picture-taking
spots, too. Keep your World's Fair memories vivid -- take
pictures on dependable Kodak film. |
|
Pictures,
pictures everywhere on -- and from -- the Moondeck. He's shooting
the brilliantly illuminated Kodak Picture Tower. Behind him is
the Tower of Light in the Electric Power and Light Pavilion.
 |
One of the
most spectacular features of a spectacular Fair -- the Kodak Picture
Tower. The huge, brilliant color pictures (30' x 36') were actually
made from 8" x 10" Ektacolor negatives! While on the
Moondeck, be sure to take shots of your family with the Picture
Tower serving as an unusual background.
